Police respond to downtown Oakland shooting

OAKLAND — Officers were responding to a report of an shooting in downtown Oakland, authorities said Monday.
That shooting was reported just before 10 p.m. in the 1300 block of Broadway, an Oakland police officer said.
On social media posts, officers could be seen taping off nearby streets. No word was immediately available on a victim’s condition or any shooting suspects late Monday.
