Man found fatally shot in East Oakland

OAKLAND — A man was found shot to death Friday morning in East Oakland, police said.
Authorities were trying to identify the man and determine where he lived.
The man was found dead about 6:15 a.m. Friday on Parker Avenue just north of MacArthur Boulevard, an area of both residential and commercial buildings.
Police were trying to determine when the man was shot.
No motive has been released in the shooting and no arrests have been made.
Police and Crime Stoppers of Oakland are offering up to $10,000 in reward money for information leading to the arrest of the killer.  Anyone with information may call police at 510-238-3821 or Crime Stoppers at 510-777-8572.
