It only took one over-the-top question from Charles Barkley Sunday night to seemingly ruin Kevin Durant’s mood following the Warriors’ thorough Game 3 victory.

Durant, who scored 25 points in the 126-85 thrashing of Houston, was taken aback when the outspoken TNT analyst questioned him about his teammate, Draymond Green.
“Is Draymond Green as annoying in person as he is on television?” Barkley asked Durant during TNT’s postgame roundtable discussion.
Durant, who appeared bothered by the question, told Barkley, “You should go talk to him, he’s downstairs.”
Shaquille O’Neal and Kenny Smith, Barkley’s fellow TNT analysts, quickly lightened things up.
“Go on down there,” O’Neal told Barkley. “You might run down, but you’re going to walk back.”
Smith hinted to the 55-year-old Barkley he should act his age, cracking up the crew by telling him, “You talk like it’s 1988. You ain’t the same Charles Barkley. Nobody’s scared of you like that anymore.”
Barkley’s shot at Green was the second time in the past three weeks he’s taken aim at the Warriors All-Star forward . Previously, Barkley said he’d like to punch Green in the mouth after Green’s confrontation with the Pelicans’ Rajon Rondo in Game 2 of the Warriors’ first-round series.
Back then, Green quickly brushed off Barkley’s threat.

“A lot of guys talk on TV,” Green said. “If you feel that strongly about something, then punch me in my face when you see me. If you’re not going to punch me in my face when you see me, then shut up.”
