The fire broke out at 2:36 a.m. Sunday in the 23800 block Lone Pine Drive, just off Sunnymead Ranch Parkway, according to Jody Hagemann of the Riverside County Fire Department.
Fire crews arriving at the scene reported that heavy flames had consumed the home’s second story.
It took 20 firefighters about half an hour to contain the blaze, and the American Red Cross assisted the adult and two juveniles displaced by the fire, Hagemann said.
