Two killed in Pittsburg crash identified

PITTSBURG — Two people killed in a crash involving two cars on Saturday night were identified Tuesday by the Contra Costa County Coroner’s Office.
Kimberly Seng, 58, died at the scene after the Lexus she was riding in careened into a tree when it side-swiped a Toyota while trying to pass it. The two cars were going south on Railroad Avenue near Alturas Avenue, police said. The crash happened just after 10 p.m.
Rasmey  Seng, 63, survived the initial impact, and an ambulance took him to the trauma center at John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek, where he died Sunday, police said.
The Lexus that Rasmey Seng drove tried to pass the Toyota as it moved from the left to right lane, police said. The Lexus was in the right lane already speeding, and then accelerated when the Toyota started moving over, police said.
