Pickup truck used in crash-and-grab robbery at marijuana grow in San Bernardino

Burglars used a pickup truck to crash through a building and steal marijuana plants in San Bernardino in late December.
The San Bernardino Police Department said the pickup truck crashed into the building at 366 South I Street in San Bernardino at around 5:45 a.m. Dec 29, 2018.
“It appeared to be an illegal grow operation,” said San Bernardino Police Department spokeswoman Sadie Albers. “Code enforcement went out to inspect and issued a citation the next day.”
Albers said she wasn’t aware of any additional details, such as if any arrests were made in connection with the burglary.
