Burglar targets Sierra Nevada Cheese Company

WILLOWS — The Sierra Nevada Cheese Company near Willows was broken into over the weekend, with more than $3,000 worth of property taken from the business, according to the Glenn County Sheriff’s Office.
A deputy Monday responded to a report of a burglary that happened at the company in the 6500 block of County Road 39 sometime Sunday night or early Monday morning, according to Sheriff’s Office logs. A male burglar broken into several officers and a warehouse.
Several items and a 2007 Honda Civic belonging to the business were taken, according to the logs. A manager estimated a loss of about $3,600.
No suspects were identified, and no arrests were announced.
In addition to the Honda, items taken included Google tablets, binoculars, gloves, sweatshirts and $30 worth of cheese products, according to the logs.
