Hometown Buffet has closed in Moreno Valley Mall

Hometown Buffet has closed in Moreno Valley Mall and its contents are up for auction.
The family-style restaurant’s last day was April 14, according to the website Auction Nation. It was on the second floor of the mall near Sears and a branch of the Moreno Valley Library.
Remaining Inland locations are in Corona, Loma Linda and Rialto.
A competitor, Golden Corral, plans to open a restaurant on the other side of the 60 Freeway.
