The Hollywood Bowl is introducing a dozen new dishes to its Food + Wine program

If you’re planning to catch a concert at the Hollywood Bowl, you’re going to want to check out the venue’s Food + Wine program.
From Supper in Your Box Seats to one of the on-site eateries, you can order up one of chef Suzanne Goin’s California-inspired suppers, including more than a dozen new dishes new for this season.
The 2019 Hollywood Bowl Food + Wine program, now in its fourth year as a partnership of the Los Angeles Philharmonic, The Lucques Group and Sodexo, caters to concert-going food lovers with a culinary experience like no other thanks to Goin and Caroline Styne, the James Beard Foundation award-winning duo that had defined the tastes of Angelenos since 1998 when they opened Lucques.
They have created a diverse menu whose updated offerings include the new Supper In Your Box Seats items braised beef short rib, chicken under a brick and two kinds of salads, including a Moroccan chopped kale salad with chickpeas and golden raisins dressed with charmoula.
