3 arrested after fight leads to man’s death in San Bernardino

Two men and a teenager were arrested on suspicion of murder after an argument turned deadly in San Bernardino Saturday, May 25.
San Bernardino Police Department officers responded to the area of E Street and North Mall Way just past 5:15 p.m. on reports of an assault in progress, Department Spokeswoman Sadie Albers said.
When officers arrived,  they found a man dead in the roadway, Albers said. He was identified by police as 40-year-old Isaac Mosqueda of San Bernardino.

Several people nearby were detained for questioning and, after being identified by several witnesses, three people were arrested, Albers said.
Michael Levario, 48, and Matthew Luna, 18, both of San Bernardino, were taken into custody. The third arrestee was a 17-year-old San Bernardino resident whose name was withheld because he is a minor.
Detectives learned that a fight between two parties allegedly led to the suspects hitting the victim with a vehicle, Albers said.
Both men were being held in jail without bail on suspicion of murder, according to jail records.
